While styling and filming this video, I wanted to find a dancer who was talented, but who also had a hint of playfulness and even an element of awkwardness to invite people who might feel intimidated by someone so talented. In doing this, I hoped these people would still want to participate once they saw the fun atmosphere.
The Hall of Fame Dance Awards is an award show highlighting different styles of dancing. In this promotion video, I wanted to create something that was glitchy and fluid for viewers to enjoy. With the use of photoshop, I was able to incorporate all of the showcased dance styles with cell animation.
